Searching the net for another article about depression which i could publish in my blog and I found this one: A useful article that may open our ideas and answer our questions regarding this mental condition.Gone were the days where you have to rummage piles upon piles of books to gather specific information. Today, the web is giving us different opinions and ideas about depression at the tip of our fingers. Here’s an article I just added to this series.

Washington, Jan. 12 (ANI): A new study by Indian origin researcher has revealed that meditating for 30 minutes daily may help improve symptoms of anxiety and depression.
